About Us
Efe Gökpinar had the idea for iCare Solutions in 2009, after years of experience with other software systems, as a practicing chiropractor himself.
Just as chiropractic takes a holistic approach to therapy, iCare Solutions also aims to provide holistic solutions. The goal is to make the practice workflow as efficient and individually modifiable as possible. Our task is to meet the requirements and wishes of every individual practitioner, the practice team, and patients.
Together with his practice team programmers, Efe Gökpinar developed iCare Solutions, a modern, and simply structured practice and patient management software. Due to many automated processes, it minimizes the workload and can be used in any doctor's office, regardless of size and orientation.
iCare Solutions was first tested in Efe Gökpinar's chiropractic practice in Hamburg Uhlenhorst (IHR-CHIROPRAKTOR). With the help of his staff, the applications and functions of iCare Solutions have been enhanced and improved. Still to this day, the program is optimized and improved regularly. Thanks to his team's diverse professional experience, functions that originated in other professional fields were included in the iCare software. For example, the "Trace" function comes from the hotel industry, and found its way successfully into iCare. This function makes communication, assignment, scheduling of tasks, and information for employees easy and transparent.
iCare Solutions is a matter of the heart for Efe Gökpinar. Therefore, continuous development and adaptation in the face of new challenges is a top priority for Efe Gökpinar. Online Booking, IP telephone system module with patient recognition, and web form with automated patient data transfer for anamnesis, are just a few examples of functions that were developed and integrated into the existing software.
iCare Solutions is individually adaptable and offers practice operators countless possibilities to implement their wishes. Due to the simple handling and transparent documentation of the treatment process, work steps and time expenditure are reduced to a minimum.
As a native Dane, it was evident to Efe to create an efficiently planned practice with a friendly atmosphere, and exactly this is what he’s achieved with iCare Solutions. iCare Solutions makes room for important things, such as patient retention, flexible work arrangements, and efficiency.

About Efe Gökpinar:
Efe Gökpinar looks back on over 23 years of professional experience as a practicing chiropractor. A resident of Hamburg by choice, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the State University of Syddansk in Denmark, and is one of the first graduating classes of chiropractic ever in Denmark. In addition to chiropractic, his studies included general medicine, orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, radiology, and radiography. He also taught for several years as a lecturer at the University of Syddansk in Denmark. As a Chiropractor, a Master of Science, and a Diploma in Medical Research, he treats patients of all ages and, among others, various professional athletes (HSV, St. Pauli, professional tennis players, Freezers, Sauerland boxing team, Blue Devils).
